摘要
[目的]寻求油菜大田免耕种植密度、揭膜时间和施氮量的最佳组合。[方法]运用三因素二次回归饱和D-最优设计,探讨密度、揭膜时间和施氮量对免耕油菜生育动态的影响。[结果]在试验范围内,随着密度、揭膜时间和施氮量的递增,免耕油菜生育动态呈先升后降的趋势,施氮量对免耕油菜生育动态的影响大于密度和揭膜时间;密度与揭膜时间互作效应大于施氮量与密度、施氮量与揭膜时间。[结论]免耕油菜生育动态最佳组合为:密度为154 925株/hm2、揭膜时间为110 d、施氮量为315 kg/hm2。
[ Objective ] The optimal combination of planting density, removal time of plastic film and N-fertilization affecting the rape seed growth in no-tillage field was researched. [ Method ] The quadratic regression saturated D-optimal design with three factors was used to research the influence of planting density, removal time of plastic film and N-fertilizer on rapeseed growth in no-tillage. [ Results] The result indicated that the rapeseed growth tendency was firstly speed up, and then, reduced with the increment of the planting density, removal time of plastic film and fertilization. The fertilizing amount had more influence on rapeseed growth than other two factors. The interaction between the planting density and removal time of plastic film had greater influence on rapeseed growth than that of application amount of N-fertilization and planting density, or application amount of N-fertilization and removal time of plastic film. [ Conclusion ] The optimal combination for rapeseed growth was that the planting density was 154 925 plants/hm^2, the removal time of plastic film was 110 days and the N-fertilization was 315 kg/hm^2.
