Study on System Design of Agro-meteorological Services in Chaoyang City

摘要 运用农业气候学原理和数理统计,选取主要经济作物和农业气象灾害指标和预警指标,以网络为依托建立农业气象业务服务综合数据库,规范市级农业气象服务及灾害检测系统流程。结果表明,农业气象服务系统与计算机网络技术嫁接,快捷方便。设计农业气象服务系统,为地方防灾减灾,发展农业经济,地方政府农业布局统筹安排提供气象决策依据。 The agro-climatic theory and mathematical statistics were used to select the major cash crops and agro-meteorological disasters early warning indicators and targets, establish a web-based business services, integrate agro-meteorological data, and standardize services and city- level agro-meteorological disasters detection system processes. The results indicated that the agricultural services, gas and computer systems for grafting networking technology were quick and convenient. The agro-meteornlogical service system was designed to provide the decision-making reference for preventing and reducing local disaster, developing agricultural economy and planned arranging the agricultural allocation for local government.
