摘要
本实验以颅外安置小磁铁吸附经舌下静脉注入四氧化三铁粉的方法建立了一种脑缺血所致血管性痴呆的大鼠动物模型。经迷宫、事件相关电位(P3)和形态学检查表明,本法建立的模型是一种较简单、易操作、可重复的脑缺血所致血管性痴呆模型。

The vascular dementia model in rats was reproduced by injecting Fe particles into the sublingual vein,after fixing a magnet on the skull surface.In order to know if it was demented or not and how serious it was,we had recorded the evoked potentialP3like potential in 6 rats and had checked the animal electric maze test for them just in five different periods after injection.The error numbers(EN)for reaction and the total reaction time(TRT)were recorded in the maze test.Three days later,the brain tissues were prepared for histological examination.Our results in the functional and histological examinations showed that the animal model for vascular dementia was successfully made by this method.
