摘要
专业差异化定价是高等教育产品差异化定价的一种实施策略,对于有效发挥收费在维系消费公平、配置教育资源及解决市场失灵方面意义重大。现行湖南省高等教育分专业定价中存在着成本依据不清晰、分类标准存误区及实施效应不明显等缺陷,需要在科学制订政府指导价的前提下,通过对不同专业实际生均成本的测算,依据不同思路分别制定"热门"与"冷门"、基础学科与应用学科不同专业的价格基准差及定价策略。
Major differentiation pricing is a strategy of higher education product differentiation pricing. It is of great significance in maintaining equity of consumption, allocating resources of education as well as resolving market failure. The major differentiation pricing in Hunan province concludes following problems: the vagueness of cost base, discrepancy of classification standard and unclearness of implementation effect. Therefore, it should calculate the real average cost per student of each major on the basis of formulating guidance price of the government scientifically,then determine popular major, unexpected winner, basic subject and applying subject according to different train of thought.
