摘要
本文采用试管法研究了茶毒蛾黑卵蜂Telenomuseuproctidois的功能反应。结果表明,在不同温度条件下茶毒蛾黑卵蜂对寄主茶毒蛾Euproctispseudoconspersa卵的寄生作用均符合HolingⅡ型反应模型,其搜寻效率与温度之间的关系可用抛物线方程来描述,即y=-8.8713+0.7695x-0.0139x2,而处理速率与温度则呈线性相关,即y=-14.0468+1.3146x;不同蜂龄的茶毒蛾黑卵蜂,仅羽化后第2天的寄生作用能很好地拟合HolingⅡ型反应模型,其方程为:NA=0.9795N/(1+0.0646N)。
The scelionid Telenomus euproctidis Wilcox is a dorminant egg-parasitoid of tea tussock moth Euproctis pseudoconspersa Strand, and can effectively control the damage of tea tussock moth larva on tea plants during the egg-laying period of tea tussock moth. Functional response of the scelionid was determined in the laboratory using a tube arena. The results showed that the functional response curves of the scelionid at all temperatures were of Holling’s type Ⅱ. The relationship of searching rate to temperature was described by a quadratic model,Y=-88713+07695 x-00139 x2(η=096),whereas handling rate increased linearly with increasing temperature, Y=-140468+13146 x,(r=09462).Functional response of only two-day old scelionid during its adult life could be described by Holling’s type Ⅱ, NA=09795 N/(1+00647N).Those indicated that the parasitising ability of the scelionid to its host eggs was higher and stabler within a relatively wide scope of temperatures.
