麦田瓢虫幼虫空间分布型及抽样技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用频次分布拟合x2检验、Iwao的m=α+βm回归、Taylor的幂法则等8种方法,通过对7块麦田中七星瓢虫、异色瓢虫幼虫及其混合种群的空间分布型分析,结果表明:无论瓢虫幼虫的单种种群还是混合种群,其空间分布型均为聚集分布。聚集的原因主要是由其自身习性所致。抽样方式以棋盘式抽样代表性较强,其它方式较差。 Based on the field investigation the spatial distribution pattern of the larvae of ladybeetle:Coccinella septempunctata L. and Harmonia axyridis (Pallas) in wheat field were tested by the index C,Iδ, M* etc, Iwao's M*-m regression and Taylor's power law. The results showed that the spatial distribution pattern of the larvae, whether single population or mixed population of the two species of ladybeetle, are aggregate and most of them can be illustrated by negative bionomial distribution. The main reason of aggregation is caused by the biology of the ladybeetle. The best sampling method is to sample the larvae according to the shape of chessboard.
