论在高校后勤工作中如何开展大学生的思想政治教育

On Ideological & Political Education of College Students in Logistic Services

高等学校是开展大学生思想政治教育的主战场,作为与在校大学生日常学习、生活息息相关的后勤服务,它虽然不具有对大学生行使教书育人的直接责任,但它的每一项工作都和大学生的生活及成长有着十分密切的关系,它会多方面间接地为大学生的综合素质形成发生重要的作用。笔者以石河子大学为例,通过调查研究,分析了当前我校后勤服务在大学生思想政治教育中存在的问题,并针对存在问题提出了相应的对策。

Colleges and universities are battlefields for college students＇ ideological and political education. Although logistic services department is not directly involved in the teaching and educating of the students, every single facet of its work is closely related to the daily life and maturing of the latter. It is playing a role that indirectly helps foster the comprehensive qualities of the characters of the students. Taking Shihezi University as an example , and based on inquiry and research, the author analyzes the problems found in the logistic services dealing with ideological and political education of the university, and proposes relative solutions to the problems.
