小论“中译外”翻译在中国的发展

On Development of Translation from Chinese in China

本文通过介绍翻译发展的现状,论述了翻译中译外在中国发展的必然性,提出中译外发展的相关条件和面临的问题以及解决措施。

The paper introduces the present situation of the development of translation with the purpose of figuring out the view that the times of the translating from Chinese to foreign languages is coming. Also, the relevant conditions, the problems and the solutions are proposed.
