摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定甘油果糖注射液的5-羟甲基糠醛。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以甲醇-0.1%枸橼酸溶液(25∶75)为流动相;检测波长为284nm。结果5-羟甲基糠醛在浓度为1.0～20.0μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9982)。结论该方法操作简便,精密度高,结果准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the control of related substances in Glycerol and Fructose Injection. METHODS A Phenomenex C18 Column was used with the mobile phase of methonal -0.1% citric acid （25 ： 75）. The determi- nation wavelength was 284nm. RESULTS The calibration was linear within the concentration range of 1.0-20.0μg·mL^-1（ r=0.9982）. CONCLUSION The method was slmple,accurate and specific,it can be used for the quality control of the products.
