高血压性家兔眼底动脉硬化模型的建立

Setting up Rabbit Model about the Retinopathy ofHypertensive Arteriosclerosis

目的是建立家兔高血压性视网膜动脉硬化的眼底模型。方法为利用双肾动脉不全狭窄术复制家兔肾型高血压模型，定期检测兔耳动脉血压；动态观察眼底动脉硬化及在光学显微镜和电子显微镜下的眼底血管改变。结果：高血压模型组比正常组血压明显升高，眼底动脉硬化形成，伴有渗出和视乳头水肿；光镜下显示视网膜血管玻璃样变性。

or setting up rabbit model of hypertensive arterosclerosis methods:making hypertensive animal model with the operation of narrowing bilateral renalartery, measuring the blood pressure regularly, dynamically observing the fundus arteriosclerosis changes under optical and electronic microscope. The blood pressure of the rabbits in the hypertensive group was raised up obviously in comparing with that in normal group. In this group, the observation under optical microscope showed vitreous degeneration of retina central arteriors and that under electronic microscope showed vacuolization of endothelial cell.
