摘要
2.5×10-4mol/L茉莉酸甲酯处理水稻(OryzasativaL.)幼苗叶片,可明显地降低Chla、Chlb的含量及叶片的光合速率,抑制RuBPCase的活性,抑制幼苗叶片中RubisCO大亚基的合成,降低小亚基的含量。对幼苗叶片中叶绿素含量、叶片的光合速率及RuBPCase的活性没有影响。
The contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, as well as the photosynthetic rate and the activity of RuBP carboxylase in leaves of rice (Oryza sativa L.) seedlings were apparently decreased by treating with 2.5×10-4 mol/L jasmonic acid methyl ester (JaMe). The synthesis and contents of RubisCO and its large and small subunit were distinctly reduced by this treatment either. Only did 2.5×10-7 mol/L JaMe treatment suppress the synthesis of large RubisCO subunit and decrease the content of small RubisCO subunit, it had no effects on the chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate and RuBP carboxylase activity in leaves of rice seedlings.
