It is the correspondence for the integral megatrends of the medicine; the integration of the medical professions,the integration of the clinical medicine, preventive medicine and the public health, the integration between the health care services and the health promotions, the integration between the medicine education and the health services,the integration between the medicine and the humanistic and the medicine are the most urgent integrations.
