Ethical Thinking on Intervention of Birth Defects

出生缺陷是严重影响出生人口素质的重要因素之一,也是导致妊娠早期流产、死胎、死产、新生儿残疾与死亡的主要原因。三级干预是目前我国各地采取的对出生缺陷进行干预的主要方法和措施。以发展观、辩证观审视出生缺陷干预中的伦理问题,更有助于我们更新观念,改进措施。

Birth defect is one of the factors that play a very important role in the population quality of the newborn. It is also the main reason for abortion in early trimester of pregnancy, dead embryo, stillbirth, neonatal deformity and death. The three--level intervention is the current primary method and measure to intervene the birth defects in China. Therefore, to inspect the ethical issues of birth defect in a developing and dialectic point of view is useful for us to renovate the concept and improve the measure.
