摘要 肿瘤组织库(Tumor Tissue Bank,TTB)在恶性肿瘤分子生物学研究中的重要作用,日益受到各国科研工作者的重视。世界各国研究机构也陆续建立起了自己标准化的TTB。然而TTB的建设,涉及伦理、法律、医疗等多种跨学科的复杂问题。深入探讨TTB建设相关的伦理学问题,将有助于在我国科研机构建设起自己的标准化TTB。 The important role of tumor tissue bank in molecular biology research about malignant tumor has attracted inter- national attention. Research institutions around the world have established some standardized tumor tissue banks. The construction of TTB, however, involves some complex interdisciplinary problems regarding ethics, law and medicine, etc. Therefore,making a further study about the ethical problems of TTB may facilitate setting up our own standardized TTB in China.
