Thinking about the Evolution of Dongguan City Community Health Service Management Model

东莞市社区卫生服务一直走在广东省的前列,在建设与发展过程中东莞经历由"医院办、医院管"模式转变到"政府办、政府管"模式。分析了两种管理模式的内涵、转变的原因,特别是对新旧模式的特点以及实施新模式要注意的几个问题进行了阐述。

This article analyzes the two kinds of management mode of the connotation and the main reasons for the change, especially for the features of the old and the new model, and the implementation of the new model should pay attention to several issues elaborate.
