支撑喉镜下应用自制加长圈套器和CO2激光切除大的咽喉部突起性病变 被引量:1

Excision of Large Faucial Protuber ant Pathological Changes by Using Long Self-regulating Scissor and CO_2 Laser

摘要 目的:探讨支撑喉镜下应用自制加长圈套器和CO2激光切除大的咽喉部突起性病变的临床应用及其意义。方法:支撑喉镜下应用自制加长圈套器和CO2激光切除22例大的咽喉部突起性病变。结果:22例均1次手术成功,呼吸困难术后立即缓解,咽喉功能和结构恢复良好。随访6个月-2年,仅1例幼儿喉乳头状瘤8个月复发。结论:本法通过咽喉内微创手术,手术时间短,切除范围小,准确性高,局部止血效果好,术后恢复快,相对传统手术方法和单纯激光手术存在很大优势,具有广阔临床推广价值。 Objective: To explore the clinical application and significance of long self-regulating scissor and CO2 laser for large faucial protuberant pathological changes. Methods: 22 patients with large faucial protuberant pathological changes were treated by long self-regulating scissor and CO2 laser endoscope. Results: All surgeries were successfully completed on 22 patients. The handicap of breath in all patients was obviously relieved. The function and structure of laryngopharynx were renewed. Recrudescence of one child with laryngeal papilloma was found after 8 months. Conclusions: Compared with conventional method and one fold laser surgery, this method has the superiority of short operative time, small excisional area,high accuracy, good effect of local hemostasia, and fast recovery after surgery, possessing wide important value in clinical application.
