摘要
利用荧光染色体原位杂交技术,以含有猪肌红蛋白基因的粘粒DNA为探针,分析了猪肌红蛋白基因在染色体上的物理位置。从105个中期染色体分裂相的杂交结果推断,肌红蛋白基因位于染色体5p15~ter。就现有的知识范围。
? With porcine myoglobin genomic DNA fragment cloned in a cosmid as probe, the chromosome location of this gene was determined by fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH). The hybridization on 105 metaphase chromosome spreads led to a conclusion that myoglobin gene is precisely on chromosome 5p15~pter. To our knowledge, myoglobin gene was the first time to have been physically mapped in livestock species.
