摘要
目的探讨综合护理在早产儿低体重儿护理中的应用效果。方法将79例早产儿随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组40例，对照组39例，观察组早产儿实施综合护理，对照组早产儿实施传统功能制护理。比较2组怠儿在体重增长速度、吸吮能力、首次排便时间和并发症发生情况方面的结果。结果观察组早产儿在体重增长速度、吸吮力、首次排便时间和并发症发生方面均优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论综合护理可有效提高早产儿的生活质量，值得在临床推广。
Objective：To discuss the application resuh of comprehensive nursing in premature infants with low birth weight. Methods：79 cases with premature infants were randomly divided into the observation group（40 cases）, and the control group（39 cases）.Comprehensive nursing measures were given to the observation group,while the control group took traditional function nursing measures.Compared both of them with the results of weight growth rate, sucking activity, first defecation time and occurrence of complications. Results：The observation group was better than the control group at all aspects of weight growth rate,sucking activity,first defecation time and occurrence of complications （p〈0.01）. Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing call improve the life quaihy of premature infants and deserve the clinical expansion.
