摘要
目的观察中药病炎清Ⅱ号配合痰热清注射液治疗流行性感冒的临床疗效及护理措施。方法63例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组32例，采用口服中药病炎清Ⅱ号和静滴痰热清及口服西药达菲治疗，对照组31例口服达菲治疗，疗程5d，比较2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96．88％，对照组总有效率77．42％，差异有显著性（p〈0．05）。结论中药病炎清Ⅱ号和痰热清有明显抗流感病毒作用，能更有效治疗流感病毒引起的呼吸道感染。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and Conservation measures of Chinese medicine Bing YanQing-Ⅱ ,with TanReQing injection in the treatment of influenza. Methods： 63 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, the treatment group of 32 people,use of oral medicine BingYanQing-Ⅱ ,and intravenous Tanreqing and oral medicine Tamiflu,the control group of 31 persons only oral Tamiflu,The course was five days. Results：The total efficiency of 96.88 percent about treatment group,the total efficiency of 77.42 percent about control group,it has significant difference between two groups in statistically（p〈〈0.05）.Condusion： Chinese medicine BingYanQing-Ⅱ and Tanreqing obviously anti-influenza virus, they are more effective treatment of influenza virus from respiratory tract infection.
