摘要
课堂公平是教育公平的具体体现。课堂公平主要是指教师在课堂教学过程中公正对待学生,不偏袒个别学生,同时课堂公平并不等于把大家拉平。课堂中的不平等现象表现在制度、文化、行为等不同层面。建构公平的课堂需要从形成课堂公平的意识与理念、构建公平的课堂文化、形成民主平等的师生关系、课堂实践中做到课堂公平等方面入手。
Classroom equality is a concrete manifestation of education equality. Classroom equality means mainly that teachers deal equally with students in the course of classroom teaching, not partial to any individual student, but classroom equality does not mean fair to all even out. Inequality in classroom is reflected in different facts as system, culture and behavior. Construction of the fair classroom needs the formation of fair classroom sense and idea, fair classroom culture, and of democratic and equal teacher--student relationship. It also needs a fair classroom in the course of classroom practice.
