半导体激光(650nm,5mW)血管内照射对人外周血淋巴细胞凋亡的影响

The effects of diode laser (650nm, 5mW)ILIB on apoptosis of periperal blood lymphocytes

本文报道了用半导体激光进行血管内照射（ＩＬＩＢ）对十三例患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡的影响。发现照射前ＰＣＤ为５．４７±３．６５％，第一次照射后为７．１±３．１６％，第五次照射后为１６．７１±９．５％。二者均有非常显著性差异（ｐ＜０．０１）。

In this paper the effects of diode laser ILIB on PCD cells of peripheral blood lymphocytes by FCM has been studied. The results showed that the mean percent of PCD cells befor ILIB was 5.47±3 65%. After lst ILIB was 7.1±3.16% and after a period of ILIB(5 time ) the percent of PCD cells was 16.71±9 5%。 There were statistical significancec(p<0 01)
