摘要
目的探讨双J管在输尿管镜术后的临床应用。方法220例输尿管镜患者术后置入双J管320例。结果全部患者取管1个月后静脉肾盂造影输尿管通畅。结论上尿路术后置入双J管对防止输尿管术后并发症的发生有不可替代的作用。
Objective To explore the clinical application of double J tube after Ureteroscopic manipulation.Methods Deposing double J tube after ureteroscopic manipulation for 320 cases.Results AI1 patients＇ ureters are unobstructedly showed in the exceretery urography a month after the operation.Conclusion Deposing the double J tube after the operation of nares or ureters is necessary toprevent the complication.
