胸腺肽联合复方补骨脂酊治疗白癜风临床观察

目的观察胸腺肽联合复方补骨脂酊治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法59例白癜风患者分2组,治疗组29例应用胸腺肽肠溶胶囊口服,复方补骨脂酊外用,连用3个月;对照组30例单用复方补骨脂酊外用,连用3个月。结果治疗组的痊愈率41.38%,总有效率82.76%,明显高于对照组的10.00%、50.00%,两者差异有显著性意义(χ2=7.66、7.06,P<0.01)。结论胸腺肽联合复方补骨脂酊治疗白癜风是安全有效的。

Objective Observe the clinic effection of thymus peptide combined with indine of composite Fructus Posraleae on vitiligo patients.Methods 59cases with vitiligo were divided into two groups,the 29 patients in treatment group were treated with thymus peptide combined with indine of composite Fructus Posraleae,the 30 patients in control group were treated with indine of composite Fructus Posraleae.Results The cure rate was 41.38% in treatment group and 10.00% in control group,the overall effective rate was 82.76% in the treatment and 50.00% in the control.The treatment group was obviously higher than the control group,there were statistical significances between the two groups（x^2= 7.66, 7.06,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Thymus peptide combined with indine of composite Frnctus Posraleae is effective and safe in the treatment of vitiligo.
