摘要
目的探讨多囊肾的病因、临床表现、治疗及预后。方法分析12例多囊肾患者的临床资料。结果12例中有7例血尿为首发症状,4例出现肾衰竭。结论早期诊断,综合治疗具有重要意义。
The purpose of the article is to explore the cause,the clinical manifestation,treatment and prognosis of the polycystic kidney,and the way of the analysising includes 12 cases of the patients who got the polycystic kidney.The 7 of the 12 cases were shown as the hematuria to be the first symbol,while the other 4 cases were shown as renal failure,so the result proved that the early diagnosis and the combined treatment should get important sense for the treatment.
