摘要
目的探讨益生菌预防婴幼儿变态反应性疾病的效果。方法选取我科2007年8月至2007年10月间分娩的59例足月正常新生儿,按照数字随机方法分为培菲康干预组和安慰剂干预组,在2组婴幼儿9个月左右时对其进行变态反应性疾病筛查。统计方法采用软件包SPSSforwindows12.0,用χ2检验比较组间资料的显著性。结果治疗组与对照组比较,湿疹及变应性鼻炎发病率均有明显降低(P<0.05)。结论益生菌对婴幼儿变态反应性疾病的预防有较为良好的效果。
Objective To explore the effects of probiotics in the prevention of allergic disorder. Methods 59 cases were divided randomly into two groups,the experimental group（32 cases）and the control group（27 cases）.The experimental group adopts prevention infant allergic disorder of Bifid Lriple Viable.Results There was significant difference between experimental group and control group in the disease incidence of the eczema and rhinallergosis（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Prevention with probiotics has significant therapeutic effects on infant allergic disorder.
