摘要
目的探讨病历档案在信息资源的利用价值。方法剖析病历档案存在的问题及影响因素。结果论述病历档案开放和加强档案管理信息化建设必要性并提出存在的问题和强化病历档案资源开发利用的措施。结论做好病历档案的开放、利用工作,提高病历档案利用效率和服务能力。
