肺结核球及干酪病灶的活血化瘀治疗

Treatment of pulmonary tuberculoma and caseous focus with circulation promoting therapy

本文报告我院１９９０～１９９５年间采用ＺＨＲＺＳ（Ｅ）／４ＨＲＥ（Ｚ）化疗方案并用复方丹参活血化瘀治疗肺结核球及大块干酪病灶５６例与单纯化疗５２例的结果，分析表明：化疗＋活血化瘀的６个月综合疗效：有效率（显效+有效）为９６．４％，单纯化疗组则为７６．９％，二者经卡方检验 Ｐ＜ ０．０５，具有差异性。经 ２～５年的随访，活血化瘀组有 １２例（２１． ４％）达到临床治愈，无一例复发。单纯化疗组有 ６例行外科手术治疗，另有４例复发（７．７％）。由此可见该法临床运用安全有效。对肺结核球及干酪病灶的非手术治疗开辟了一条新途径，值得进一步探讨。

This paper reports an effect comparison study of 2HRZS(E)/4HRE(Z) regain with(56 cases, coup A) and without(52 cases, group B)Danshen to pace circulation as supplementary treatment in the cases with tuberculoma or mass caseous focus hospitalized in our hospita during 1900 -- 1995. The results showed that group A got a total effective rate of 96.4 % while in group B,it is 76.9% after 6 months treatment.The diference is significant(verified by ac test). In the follow-up study for 2 - 5 years, 12 cases(21. 4 % ) in group A were cured with no recurrence. But in group B, 6 cases re- curred(7. 7% ) and 6 cases received surgical operation afterwords.It is concluded that chemotherapy with circulation pro- motion treatment is worthy of further discussion.It is save and effective which provides new solve for tuberculoma and effective which provides new solve for tuberculoma and caseous focus other than surgical approaches.
