摘要
目的研究经皮AF钉内固定加椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法采用AF钉内固定加椎体成形术治疗22胸腰椎骨折患者。结果术后病人畸形完全或几近完全消失,椎体高度几乎完全恢复。结论经皮AF钉内固定加椎体成形术是治疗胸腰椎骨折的一种可行方法。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of AF system combined with vertebralplasty in thoracolumbar fracture. Methods 22 cases with thoracolumbar fractureswere were treated with AF system combined with precutaneous vertebralplasty. Results Vitium conformationis disappeared in all the patients. The height of vertebral body was almost recovered.Conclusion The AF system combined with vertebralplasty is reliable for thoracolumbar fracture.
