四种结核抗体试剂盒临床应用评价

Assessment of four kinds in clinical application for detection of tuberculosis antibodies

为评估四种结核抗体试剂盒的诊断价值，采用结明、亿康、玉兰、海医所研制的试剂盒检测５２例肺结核、３１例非结核患者和１１例健康人血清中的结核抗体。结果表明四种试剂盒的敏感性分别为６９．２３％。７３．０８％、７８．８５ ％和８０．７７％；特异性为９２．８６％、９０．４８％、８５．７１％和８５．７１％；阳性预测值为９２．３１％、９０．４８％。８７．２３％和８７．５０％；阴性预测值为７０．９１％、７３．０８％、７６．６０％和７８．２６％；符合率为７９．７９％、８０．８５％、８１．９１％和８２．９８％。四种试剂盒的检测结果差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）

To assess the value of four kinds in diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis, tuberculosis antibodies in sera from 52 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,31 patients with nontuberculosis and 11 healthy individuals were detected by four kinds manufactured by DynaGen,Yikang, Yu lan and Haiyisuo.The sensitivity was 69. 23 %, 73. 08 %, 78.85 %, and 80. 77%; the specificity was 92. 86%, 90. 48%, 85. 71 %, and 85. 71 %; the positive predictive value was 92.31 %, 90. 48%, 87. 23 % and 87. 50 %;the negative predictive value was 70. 91 %, 73. 08 %, 76. 60% and 78. 26%; efficiency was 79. 79%, 80. 85 %, 91.91 % and 82. 98% respectively by four kits.There was co significant def- ference (P > 0. 05) in results detected by four kits.
