摘要
目的研究新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿脐血、血清、尿S-100B蛋白水平,探讨其在缺氧缺血性脑病早期诊断中的价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测60例缺氧缺血性脑病患儿及50例健康足月新生儿脐血、血清、尿S-100B蛋白水平。结果HIE组脐血、血清、尿S-100B蛋白水平明显高于对照组;轻、中重度HIE患儿的脐血、血清、尿S-100B蛋白水平明显高于对照组;尿S-100B蛋白水平在出生后48h之内逐渐升高,之后下降。结论脐血、血清、尿S-100B均可作为新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病早期预测的指标。脐血、尿标本更易获取,对患儿损伤更小。
Objective To study the neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) in children with cord blood,serum and urine levels of S-100B protein and explore its hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in the early diagnosis.Methods The enzyme-linked immunssorbent assay (ELISA) detected 60 cases of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and 50 healthy full-term newborn umbilical cord blood,serum and urine levels of S-100B protein.Results HIE group of cord blood,serum and urine S-100B protein levels significantly higher than healthy full-term newborn group.light,moderate to severe HIE children's cord blood,serum and urine S-100B protein levels significantly higher than healthy full-term newborn group.S-100B protein in urine levels gradually increased within 48h after birth, after that time drop.Conclusion The umbilical cord blood,serum and urine S-100B can be as hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy early indicators.Umbilical cord blood,urine specimens easier access to children with less damage.
