摘要
目的探讨护理干预对痔疮手术疗效的影响。方法将160例痔疮手术患者,随机分为2组,每组80例,对照组常规行术前及术后护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上进行综合护理干预。结果2组患者术后并发症干预组少于对照组,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05),二便通畅率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论痔疮手术患者进行综合护理干预,可减少患者术后并发症,可以有效地减轻患者痛苦及提高手术疗效。
Objective To explore the nursing intervention on hemorrhoids surgery. Methods 160 cases of hemorrhoids surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups of 80cases in the control group routinely preoperative and postoperative care, to intervene in the conventional care group on the basis of comprehensive care intervention. Results The two groups of patients with post--operative complications intervention group than the control group, there were significant differences of statistical significance（P〈0.05）,then open the second rate difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hemorrhoids surgery in patients with comprehensive care interventions can reduce post-operative complications in patients is an effective way to alleviate the suffering of patients and improve the efficacy of surgery.
