上呼吸道感染的治疗体会

Treatment of Upper Respiratory Infection Experience

目的对比观察双黄连粉针剂治疗上呼吸道感染的疗效和不良反应。方法将312例上呼吸道感染患者随机分成2组,A组用双黄连粉针剂治疗,B组用阿奇霉素注射液+病毒唑注射液治疗,以5d为1疗程观察2组疗效。结果A组疗效优于B组,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);但是A组不良反应较多于B组,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论在必要的防范措施下治疗使用双黄连粉针剂,能防止不良反应,提高疗效。

Objective To observc ShuangHuangLian comparison of treatment of upper respiratory infection it efficacy and adverse reaction.Methods Will 312 cases upper respiratory infection were randomly divided into two groups,a group of it with ShuangHuangLian treatment,Group B ribvivin intravenous combined with azilhromycin intravenous treatments,5 days for 1 course observation two groups of efficacy.Results A group of treatment group B better results,with significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.01）; But more than A group of adverse reactions group B,with significant differences between the two groups（P〈：0.01）.Conclusion In the necessary precautions treatment using ShuangHuangLian,to prevent adverse reaction,Raise curative effect.
