带股方肌蒂骨瓣治疗股骨颈骨折的临床体会

The Experience of Treatment of Femoral Neck in Young Adults with Quadratus Femoris Muscle Pedicle

目的探讨带股方肌蒂骨瓣移植对青壮年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法对2001年我院III～IV型股骨颈骨折78例行切开复位、内固定后用股方肌蒂骨瓣移植患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果随诊78例,时间3年,骨折愈合率97.4%,股骨头坏死率6.4%。结论带股方肌蒂骨瓣移植是青壮年股骨颈骨折治疗的有效方法。

Objective To explore the treatment effect of femoral neck fracture in young adults by quadratus femotis muSete pedicle bone graft.Methods Seventy--eight cases in our hospital since 2001 were treated by quadratus femoris muscle pediele bone graft in the femoral neck fracture,open and reduction the fracture of femoral neck.Results All of the cases were follwed up for 3years,the rate of excellent and good was 97.4 percent, the rate of avuseular necrosis of femoral head was 6.4 percent.Conclusion The quadratus femotis muscle pedicle hone graft is a good method to treat neck fracture in young adults.
