制关白附新工艺中试及产品稳定性考察

Verification of A New Processing Technology for Pilot Production of Aconitum coreanum(Lévl.)Raipaics

采用已知化学成分测定、小鼠ＬＤ５０对比实验和结合传统检验指标。将３批中试品与小试样品进行了对比验证实验，结果中试品中关附甲素和总生物碱含量与小样制品差异很小，所有炮制品都未检出次乌头碱，所测ＬＤ５０近似。说明新工艺是可行的，稳定的。

The stability and feasibility of a new technology for processing Aconitum coreanum have been tested for pilot production by determining the components,toxicity(LD50)and traditional identification standard.The result shows that the contents of guanfu A and total alkaloid between the small trial and pilot production are slightly different and LD50 are nearly similar.Hypaconitine was not found in all kinds of processed products.The new technology has thus been proved stable and feasible..
