从当归根乙醇提取物中分离到６个化合物，经光谱分析分别鉴定为（Ｅ）藁本内酯，（Ｚ）藁本内酯，（Ｚ）正丁烯基呋内酯，棕榈酸，β谷甾醇和阿魏酸。
