摘要
目的阐明疼痛教育对剖宫产手术病人疼痛及疼痛控制认知度和术后康复的影响。方法将148例拟施行剖宫产手术的产妇随机分为实施疼痛教育组(实验组)和未实施疼痛教育组(对照组)每组各74例,实验组由责任护士一对一实施疼痛教育,教育内容统一,用(VAS评分)对2组病人分别予以手术前后疼痛程度评估,用同一指导语进行问卷调查。所用数据用SPSS11.0软件进行统计分析。结果实验组对疼痛及镇痛的认知度明显好于对照组,实验组术后不同镇痛需求明显高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组病人生理机能的恢复明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疼痛教育有助于术后疼痛的控制和促进剖宫产术病人的康复,促进母乳喂养,在临床护理工作中有其推广运用前景。
Objective To comprehend the influence of Pain Education on cesarean section surgery patients about pain,pain control awareness and postoperative rehabilitation. Methods To divide 148 lying--in women on who there will plan to have cesarean sections into 2 groups randomly:one group has been given pain education(experimental group)and the other group(compared group)has not, each group has 74 women.The responsibility nurses will teach the women in the experimental group content of pain education one- on--one.The content is uniform(the concept of pain,the causes of pain,pain assessment and approach,analgesic method in common use after the operation and its advantages and disadvantages,some adverse reactions caused by pain,impact on rehabilitation,etc.). Do pain assessments with VAS of the two groups before and after operations;use the same guide language to conduct questionnaire surveys.Do statistical analysis by SPSS 11.0 software with these data.Results The experimental group is significantly higher than the compared group on pain,analgesia awareness and analgesic demand;the physiological function recovery of the experimental group patients is significantly better than the compared group patients.Conclnsions The pain education helps to control postoperative pain, promotes the rehabilitation of cesarean section patients,and should be promoted the use in the clinical nursing works.
