PGE_1控制性降压对脑动脉瘤夹闭术病人血浆皮质醇醛固酮β_2微球蛋白血糖变化的影响

Effect of Induced Hypotension Using Prostaglandin E1 on Alteration of Plasma Cortisol,Aldosterone,β2Microglobulins and Blood Sugar in Patients Undergoing Cerebral Aneurysm Cliping Operation

目的与方法：２０例脑动脉瘤夹闭术病人，采用神经安定复合异氟醚麻醉，随机分为ＰＧＥ１组和对照组，每组１０例。ＰＧＥ１组行控制性降压，输注０．０００２％ＰＧＥ１使平均动脉压降低２０％～３０％，对照组不采取降压措施，观察麻醉过程中病人血浆皮质醇、醛固酮、β２微球蛋白（β２－ＭＧ）、血糖的变化。结果与结论：两组病人上述各项指标均升高，但两组间相应时点变化比较无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），表明ＰＧＥ１控制性降压对脑动脉瘤夹闭术病人血浆皮质醇、醛固酮、β２－ＭＧ、血糖的变化没有影响。

bjective and Methods:20 patients undergoing cerebral aneurysm cliping were randomily divided into PG E1 group(group P)and control group (group C).All patients were anesthetized with NLA and isoflurane inhalation.In gronp P intravenou 00002% PG E1 was adminia tered for indueed hypotension,with a 20%～30%,decrease of MAP.The changes of plasma cortisone,aldosterone,β2microglobulins and blood sugar were observed during anesthesia.Results:Each value was increased compared with the base value in both groups(P>005).Conclusion:Indueed hypotension by PG E1 has no effect on the plasma cortisone,aldosterone,β2microglobulins and blood sugar in the patients of undergoing cerebral aneurysm cliping operation.
