摘要
目的和方法:采用低流量(0.2L/min)新鲜气体(氧)与安氟醚麻醉,并与高流量(2L/min)安氟醚麻醉者比较。监测气管插管后5min、10min、15min、30min和60min直至术终的MAP、HR、SpO2、FIO2、PETCO2、FIEnf、FETEnf及新鲜气体流量。记录手术结束至拔管的时间及清醒程度。结果:两组差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:低流量新鲜气体麻醉与高流量同样安全,且麻醉过程平稳,节省挥发性麻醉药,不污染手术室环境。
bjective and Methods:34 patients,ASAⅠⅡ,undergoing elective surgical operations under enflurane anesthesia were studied.Enflurane anesthesia with low oxygen flow.(02L/min) was practiced in 19 surgical patients,which was compared with high oxygen flow (2L/min) in 15 patients.MAP,HR,SpO2,FIO2,PETCO2,FIENF and FETENF were monitored at 5,10,15,30,60 min and end of operation after intubation. The time from the end of operation to extuhation and the degree of awakening were observed as well.Results:The monitored parameters had no any significant deference between two groups (P>005).Conclusion:Low flow enflurane anesthesia is safe and more steady in maintenance of anesthesia than high flow .It may save anesthetics and doses not pollute the environment.
