输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗结石致急性肾绞痛

Ureteropyeloscopic Lithotripsy with Holmium Laster for Teratment of Acute Ureteral Caiculi

目的探讨输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗结石致急性肾绞痛患者的有效性和安全性。方法分析15例用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗的输尿管结石患者资料。结果单次碎石成功率100%。术后随访3个月,结石排净率100%。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石高效、安全。

Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of ureteropyeloscopic lithotripsy withholmium laser for treatment of ureteral caiculi.Methods Retrospectively reviewed the data of 15 patients who underwent uretoropyeloscopic lithotripsy using holmium laser.Results The success rates of fragmentation for all levelsof uretoral stones in a single procedure achieved 88%. The postoperative follow--up 3 months revealed that the stone--free rate was 100%.Conclusion Ureteropyeloscopic lithotripsy with holmium laser is a highly effective and safe therapy for patients with ureteral calculi.
