2008年1～6月我院抗生素应用分析

Analysis of Antibiotics Use in Our Hospital During 1～6 Month in 2008

目的了解我院抗生素的应用状况合理性,为临床提供用药依据。方法采用DDDs分析和对2008年第一、二季度抗生素的使用品种、数量、金额及用药频度、日用药金额进行分析,找出不合理的因素。结果抗生素的使用基本合理,但仍有不合理的现象。结论通过抗菌药物使用的规范管理,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。

Objective To analyze the current situation of using antibiotics in our hospital.Methods The use of antibiotics in our hospital during 1--6 month in 2008 was analyzed,including defined daily doses（DDDs） ranking the 20th among antibiotics and sorting of medicine amount and daily drug cost. Results The use of antibiotics in our hospital was rational on the whole,but there were reasonless phenomenon in antibiotics use.Conclusion To regulate the management of using antibiotics may promote the rational use of antibiotics
