胫骨平台骨折术式选择与疗效分析

Analysis the Efficacy of the Tibial Plateau Fracture Treated by Surgery

目的探讨胫骨平台骨折术式选择及疗效。方法对我院近年收治的48例胫骨平台骨折患者,根据骨折类型、全身情况及局部软组织情况选择治疗方法。对于I型无移位骨折,行空心加压螺钉固定。II型、III型采取膝外侧切口,IV型采取膝内侧切口,V型、VI型根据骨折情况选择外侧或双侧切口。结果48例患者术后均获随访,随访时间最少0.5年,最长2年,平均时间1.3年。骨折均临床愈合,优14例,良27例,可5例,差2例,优良率85.4%。结论胫骨平台移位骨折治疗困难,手术是使骨折复位、修复关节的最好方法。

Objective To investigate the tibial plateau fracture and efficacy of surgical treatment. Methods In recent years, treated 48 cases of patients with tibial plateau fracture, according to the type of fracture, systemic and local soft tissue choose the method of treatment. For Ⅰ-type non-displaced fracture, the hollow compression screw fixation. Ⅱ-type, Ⅲ-type take knee lateral incision, Ⅳ-type take knee medial incision, Ⅴ-type, Ⅵ-type fracture choose according to the lateral or bilateral incision. Results 48 cases of patients were followed up for at least 0.5 years, up to 2 years, the average time of 1.3 years. Clinical healing of fractures, 14 cases of excellent, good in 27 cases, five cases can be, two cases of poor, good rate of 85.4%. Conclusion The tibial plateau fracture displacement difficulties, surgery is the reduction of the fracture, the best way to repair the joints.
