摘要
目的观察人参皂甙Rg3联合TP方案治疗晚期妇科肿瘤的疗效及安全性。方法58例综合治疗后晚期复发的妇科肿瘤患者,按就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给与TP方案化疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服人参皂甙Rg3。结果观察组30例,CR0、PR15、PD13、SD2,总有效率50%;对照组CR0、PR10、PD16、SD2,总有效率35.7%。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,且不良反应率低于对照组。结论人参皂甙Rg3联合TP方案治疗晚期复发妇科肿瘤,可以起到增效减毒作用,副反应小,可提高TP方案的耐受性,临床使用安全。
Objective To observe the safety and curative effect of the program that combined Rg3 with TP for treating advanced gynecologic cancer.Methods 58 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the comparison group was given TP chemotherapy and the observation group was taken ginsenoside Rg3 in addition.Results The total effective rate（50%） in Rg3 group was obviously higher than that（35.7%） in the other group, In the other hand, the untoward effect in Rg3 group was lower than that in the subgroup.Conclusion combined Rg3 with TP for treating advanced gynecologic cancer can obviously synergize action and attenuation.
