摘要
目的探讨跟骨钛板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法对25例(30足)行切开复位,跟骨钛板螺丝内固定治疗,必要时植骨。结果随访时间6～25个月,所有患者均可正常行走,参照Maryland足部评分系统评定,优20足,良8足,尚可2足。结论跟骨外侧入路切开复位跟骨钛板螺丝内固定是治疗关节内骨折的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the effects of intra-articular calcaneal fracture treated with titanium plate internal fixation. Methods 25 cases of（30 feet） calaneal fracture were performed open reduction, cases bone graft Results All cases were followed up for 6--25months. According to Maryland food score, the results were excellent in 20 cases, good in 8 cases and fair in 2 cases. Conclusion Open reduction titanium plate internal is an effective method for treatment of calcaneal fracture.
