40例系统性红斑狼疮治疗研究

Research on Treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus 40 Cases

目的探讨治疗系统性红斑狼疮的有效治疗方法。方法回顾分析我院多年来40例系统性红斑狼疮患者,治疗上均给予中药给予益气养血健脾补肾法和西药给予泼尼松联合CTX冲击。结果经过治疗,显效者28例,有效者8例,无效4例,总有效率为90%。结论益气养血健脾补肾中药联合环磷酰胺和肾上腺皮质激素治疗SLE疗效肯定,副作用发生率较小。

Objective To investigate the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus an effective treatment; Methods Review 40 SLE cases with complete medical records. All the patients were treated with CTX pulse therapy, oral prednisone. Results Mter the above treatment, 28 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective, and 4 cases ineffective, adding total efficiency to 90%. Conclusion The treatment of Replenishing Qi and Blood,Reinforcing Spleen and Kidney traditional Chinese medicine combined with CTX pulse therapy in SLE has a definite effect, a small maintenance dose of prednisone in stable period, and a lower incidence of side effects than in reports and literatures.
