我国阿片类药物的药用及滥用史

History of Use and Abuse of Opiates in Our Country

本文系统回顾了阿片类药物的早期发现及衍化、传入我国药用至滥用全过程的历史。指出：阿片类药物虽具有镇痛、镇静、镇咳、止泻等作用，特别是在癌痛病人的镇痛方面，起着重要的无可替代作用。

This paper presents a systematic retrospect of the early discovery and development of opiates,their introduction to our country and their abuse.The authors point out that though opiates have the functions of arresting pain,inducing tranquilization,relieving cough and stop diarrhea,especially the function of relieving pain due to cancer,abuse of opiates is harmful to the body and mind and may endanger the society.
