加氢基础油在光缆填充油膏上的复合应用

The Complex Application of Hydrotreated Base Oils in Optical Fiber Cable Ointment

加氢基础油作为光缆填充膏的主要材料,其性能的优劣对油膏质量影响很大,矿物型加氢基础油分环烷基和石蜡基两大类(中间基介于两者之间),其理化性能各有所长。文章从采用不同类基础油为原料生产的光缆填充油膏(纤膏、缆膏)的质量方面,分析了加氢环烷基油与加氢石蜡基油的优劣,并找出基础油类型对填充油膏主要性能的影响。提出了复合使用两类基础油,实现了优势互补、缺陷相抵、性价最优的效果。

Hydrotreated base oils are the main materials for optical fiber cable ointment. The quality of ointment will be greatly affected by the base oil. Hydrotreated naphthenic and paraffinic mineral base oils have their own features. Based on the quality of filling ointment in optical cable （optical fiber and cable ointments） produced from different base oils, the ad- vantages and disadvantages of naphthenic and paraffinic base oils and their impacts on the optical fiber cable ointment were analyzed. And the complex application of these two kinds of base oils was put forward. The results showed that the ointment products are cost -benefit and have excellent performances.
