综述了Mack系列柴油机油评定台架方法,包括Mack T-6、T-7、T-8、T-8A、T-8E、T-9、T-10、T-11和T-12等测试。介绍了Mack测试的历史、建立背景、发展过程、运行条件、评定柴油机油的规格、评定参数和评定标准,对高性能重负荷柴油机油的开发研制具有重要的参考价值。Mack系列台架测试的发展是随着发动机排放标准不断苛刻和柴油机油规格不断升级而推进的。其中,Mack T-9、T-10、T-12评价发动机润滑油的抗氧化性能和发动机气缸壁与顶环的磨损;Mack T-7、T-8、T-8A、T-8E、T-11评价润滑油烟炱分散性能及相关的粘度增长。

A series Mack test bench methods of diesel engine oils, such as the Mack T -6, T-7, T-8, T-8A, T -8E, T -9, T - 10, T - 11, and T - 12 tests, are summarized in this paper, including the history of tests, the background of estabtishment, the process of development, the test conditions, the category of evaluated oils, measured parameters and its limits. It is very useful for the study of the high performance heavy - duty diesel engine oils. The development of Mack series tests are prompted by the diesel emission standards progress and the diesel engine oil specifications upgrade. Among them the oxidation resistance of the oil, the cylinder line wear and the top rings weight loss are evaluated in Mack T -9, T -10 and T- 12, while the soot related viscosity increase of the oil is evaluated in Mack T-7, T-8, T-SA, T-BE and T- 11.
