庆余救心丸治疗老年冠心病无症状心肌缺血的观察

Observation of Qingyu Jiuxin Pills in Treatment of Silent Myocardial Ischemia in Senile Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的 :为探讨庆余救心丸治疗老年冠心病无症状心肌缺血的疗效。方法 :对 5 8例老年冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者 ,采用随机分期自身对照法 ,于治疗期使用庆余救心丸治疗 ,对照期用硝酸异山梨酯治疗。结果 :庆余救心丸与硝酸异山梨酯均能减少无症状心肌缺血的发作次数与缩短无症状心肌缺血持续时间。用药前后比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 )。两药比较以庆余救心丸较为显著 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗期间未见毒副作用。结论 :庆余救心丸安全有效 ,可作为治疗无症状心肌缺血的一种药物。

Objective: To assess the effect of Qingyu Jiuxi Pills (QYJXP) in the treatment of silent myocardial ischemia (SMI)in elder patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: randomized crossing self controlled observation method was adopted. Fifty eight patients were treated with QYJXP in treated period and isosorbide dinitrate (ISD) in control period. Results: Frequency and sustained time of SMI could be significantly reduced (P<0 01) after the treatment of both QYJXP and ISD. The efficacy of QYJXP was better (P<0 05) than that of ISD. No side effects were found in treating with QYJXP. Conclusion: QYJXP is an effective and safe drug in treating SMI.
