摘要
目的:直接测定人工肾透析液中Na+,K+,Ca2+,Mg2+的含量。方法:采用原子吸收光谱法(AAS),同时加入10g·L-1CsCl和10g·L-1La(NO3)3消除K+,Na+,Ca2+,Mg2+共存时的增感效应。结果:方法回收率分别为(102.1±1.60)%(Na+),(101.0±1.32)%(K+),(99.8±1.78)%(Ca2+),(100.5±1.21)%(Mg2+)。结论:该测定方法简单、快速,结果准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE: To determine directly the concentrations of Na^+, K^+, Mg^2+, Ca^2+ in dialysis solution. METHODS: The method of atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) was used. RESULTS: The satisfactory recoveries [102.0% (Na^+), 101.0% (K^+), 99.8% (Ca^2+) and 100.5% (Mg^2+)] were obtained with RSD of 1.6%, 1.32%, 1.78% and 1.21%, respectively. The interference from coexistent elements (Na^+,K^+,Ca^2+,Mg^2+) was eliminated by adding 10 g·L^-1 CsCl and 10 g·L^-1 La(NO_3)_3 solution respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is sensitive, rapid and accurate.
