摘要
本文着重分析了57例老年急性白血病 (acute lcukcmia,AL)临床特点、类型及骨髓增生情况,同时分析其中23例的治疗经过。认为老年AL起病相对隐袭,大多数呈亚急性过程,并发症多,容易误诊,常见类型为Ms、L_3,髓象增生极度活跃与明显活跃者占多数(69.7%)。
Clinical and laboratory features of 57 cases of elderly patients with acute leukemia were reported.Of which treatment of 23 cases was analyzed.The authors observed that su- bacute courses arid more complication were shown in most cases,easily misdiagnosed.M5 and L3 were the main subtypes.Bone marrow aspirates showed hyperplasia in one third of the cases(69.7%).
